14 days, no questions asked. If EndFrame is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full.
EndFrame runs free for 7 days with both halves unlocked, and no payment details are needed to start. We would much rather you found out during the trial that it does not fit your workflow than paid and then asked for the money back. The trial is the real test: it is the full product, not a limited version.
Email support@backtime.tools from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Tell us the order number if you have it. You do not have to give a reason.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically completes this within a few working days, though how quickly it appears depends on your bank.
EndFrame is sold as two halves, and buying the one you did not need is an easy mistake to make. You do not need a refund for that. Email us and we will swap your key for the right half, or credit what you paid against the both-halves licence. That is usually faster than a refund and a new purchase.
Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partly used periods after the first 14 days, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us and we will sort it out.
If the software is not working for you, please contact us before asking for a refund. Most problems are setup issues we can fix quickly, usually the template configuration. If we cannot make it work for you, you get your money back regardless of how long it has been.
