The plugins do not collect anything. They do not connect to the internet, do not send us your projects, footage, schedules or filenames, and do not report usage. Everything they do happens on your own machine.
EndFrame and Script Cutter run entirely inside Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro on your computer. They read the files you point them at and write the files you ask them to produce. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to create.
Specifically, we never receive:
Your licence key is checked on your own machine. Activating a licence does not contact us and works with no internet connection.
Two small files, both local to you and both removable:
~/Library/Application Support/EndFrame/.Purchases are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and as the data controller for the transaction. When you buy, Paddle collects the billing details it needs to take payment and meet its tax obligations. We receive only what Paddle shows us about an order, such as your email address and what you bought, so that we can provide support and send your licence key.
We do not see or store your card details at any point. Paddle's own privacy policy governs the payment itself.
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It loads no third-party fonts or resources.
If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your address.
Because the software collects nothing, there is usually nothing for us to hold about you beyond an order record and any emails you have sent us. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that. For billing records, ask Paddle as well, since they are the controller for those.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and you are an existing customer, we will email you.
